Babette is an organizational Psychologist with more than 20 years experience in senior Human Resources roles in Germany, France, the UK and Australia. With a focus on transformational leadership development and complex organization dynamics, Babette works with individuals and senior teams to enable them to achieve their potential. She believes raising leadership consciousness and increasing our capacity to lead with love and accountability creates the conditions for purposeful growth in complex business environments. 

Babette has worked across industries and sectors in client facing as well as internal Director roles and lectured in the HEC MBA program in France on Organizational Behaviour.  Her approach combines wide ranging practical experience with a rigorous evidence basis.  She is known for optimizing value through combining research, data insight and intuition.

Most recently at KPMG Babette established an internal Executive Coaching function and led the transformation towards an adaptive and intentional learning culture in which curious, inclusive and ethical leadership and decision making can thrive.
